Francisca – born to a Bolivian father and a German mother – and Antonio – whose parents originate from Spain – met while attending The Catholic University and have now lived in the Northern Virginia area with their four kids for more than 30 years. Francisca’s father was the famous architect Melvin Villarroel Roldan, who has designed luxury resorts and hotels on the Mediterranean coast and all over the world. When Francisca and Antonio launched their business in 2001, they decided to carry on the legacy of resort style living in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
