Often our firm acts as local counsel to foreign law firms seeking local advice in international transactions relating to Israel. We represent companies and investors in a variety of industries, and across multiple jurisdictions around the globe, specifically, the US (mainly Silicon Valley and New York), the European Union, and Asia.

Oded obtained his undergraduate law degree from the University of Haifa (LL.B, 2006), and an advanced law degree from Stanford University (LL.M, 2013). He also successfully completed the Summer Session for Law Students (2005) at Yale University. Oded was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2007. Oded was an intern, and subsequently an associate for several years at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, Israel's largest and most prestigious law firm. Later on, Oded became an associate and a partner in other leading firms in Israel. 

In 2012 Legal500 acknowledged Oded as the leading corporate M&A lawyer in his firm. In 2020, Oded and his practice were also awarded by Acquisition International in their sixth annual legal awards as the "Best Boutique Corporate Financing Law Firm" in Israel.

Oded's practice focuses on corporate, venture capital, and commercial law. Oded provides ongoing corporate counseling, through venture capital financings, private securities placements, merger & acquisition transactions, and other general corporate matters. Oded also represents clients on privacy laws and regulations, and various types of commercialization of intellectual property transactions, including licensing, SaaS agreements, distribution, manufacturing, confidentiality, development, internet/mobile platforms-based product agreements, and other commercial agreements.

Oded serves as a board member in several companies and is a member of MENSA.-International.
