Erica Hervol is the owner of an international real estate investment consulting business of 20+ years, based on the West Coast-US. In 2024, business brokerage will be an additional service she is offering to her clients. What makes her business most enjoyable is the connection to and collaboration with colleagues around the world, from which Erica feels she is always learning and growing. Her collective experience with business ownership, negotiation, project and program management, human resources management, team leadership and business startups has been complementary to her partnership with global professionals in many different industries.
Erica proudly holds the distinguished Certified International Property Specialist designation, as well as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert certification. With her business coach and mentor hat, she is currently developing courses to be taught in person and online.
