In 2013 Casey saw a need for a boutique real estate company for the higher end market and he established a Casey Margenau Fine Homes & Estates (“CMFH”). His in-depth market knowledge allows his clients to achieve better results. By custom tailoring a marketing strategy for each property, Casey provides the greatest exposure to achieve the goal of the highest offers possible in the shortest period of time. Many area builders rely on his expertise when making development plans. As a Certified Relocation Professional, Casey is able to access the corporate relocation purchaser and a vast worldwide referral network. His professionalism and attention to detail have led him to the very top of his field.

Support Staff

In order to focus entirely on selling listings and assisting buyers, Casey employs a staff of seasoned professionals specializing in the key areas of marketing, listing and closing management. To make sure his listings receive maximum market exposure, Casey has a Marketing Manager whose responsibility it is to carry out Casey’s unique marketing vision and plan by overseeing the strategic placement of advertisement, producing relevant and targeted marketing materials, monitoring websites to ensure they are updated, arranging for and publishing virtual tours and maintaining an accurate database management system. Casey also employs a Listing Manager who organizes the details that are involved in getting homes on the market, follows up with every showing and communicates feedback to sellers. Also on Casey’s staff is a Settlement Manager who oversees the settlement process from inception to closing, including buyer communication, change order follow-up and lender and title company coordination. To manage the physical component of his business, Casey has a Field Coordinator who is responsible for sign placement, brochure distribution, as well as on-site visits to properties listed. To round out Casey’s team, CMFH has several Buyer Agents on his team, allowing CMFH to deliver excellence in every facet of a client’s real estate transaction, whether they are on the listing or buying side.

Casey provides the most extensive market exposure possible by capitalizing on local, national and international advertising. He utilizes the mass-media realtor internet sites such as MRIS, Realtor, Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist, Homes, Yahoo, Homes database, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, YouTube and the Washington Post. Casey developed and continues to maintain several personal websites including www.margenau.com to attract purchasers and to share information directly with Buyers, Sellers, and Agents. Each of Casey’s listings is marketed on his websites with detailed information, YouTube video walking tours, 360-degree virtual tours, pictures, floor plans, and brochures. Casey will make the most of print media with a constant presence in local newspapers and magazines including, the Sun-Gazette Newspaper, Luxury Homes Magazine, Viva Tysons Magazine, Home & Design Magazine, Sourcebook Magazine, Unique Homes Magazine, Elite Magazine, the Washington Post Newspaper, the Fairfax Times Newspaper, the Alexandria Times Newspaper and Potomac News. and Times Community Newspaper.
